What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

We retain anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate statistics (e.g. average scan scores across skin types) that cannot be traced back to you.

How to request deletion

Send us an email from the address or phone number associated with your account. We'll confirm deletion within 30 days.

We confirm the request came from the account holder using the phone number or email on file.

Data is deleted
Your account and all personal data are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of verification.

We send a confirmation to your email once deletion is complete.
